JULIO HARDY Fine Art Photography and Reportage

Nush

Almost all my pictures are and were taken without models, without any preparation at all. Actually, very often the subjects were not aware that I was shooting. There was only one exception, and that was Nush, the only model I ever had. And for many years, when picturing her, she was somehow directing my work; she was the eye of my camera. These few images I have selected are in some way a retrospective of all those years she was -and still is- my inspiration and my favorite subject, my muse, my model, my friend, my lover forever and a day.

Let the red dawn surmise
What we shall do,
When this blue starlight dies
And all is through

All images are printed in museum archival paper, signed recto and signed and dated verso, in sizes from 11 x 11" to 11 x 16" (according to format), and in edition of 7. Price increases as edition sell out.
